What we sell
DNA Supersystems is a CRM, messaging and automation platform sold by monthly or yearly subscription, with optional set-up and support services. Each plan includes what its card on the home page lists. Set-up is not included in a plan unless you buy it.
- SideKick: R495 a month or R4,995 a year, excluding VAT. 30-day free trial. Up to 5 users, 1 business.
- Hero Up: R995 a month or R9,995 a year, excluding VAT. 30-day free trial. Up to 10 users, 1 business.
- SuperHero: R1,995 a month or R19,995 a year, excluding VAT. 30-day free trial. Up to 50 users, 5 businesses.
- Hero Up Agency: R2,995 a month or R29,995 a year, excluding VAT. 30-day free trial. Unlimited users, 20 client accounts.
- SuperHero Agency: R3,995 a month or R39,995 a year, excluding VAT. 30-day free trial. Unlimited users, 50 client accounts.
- DNA + AI Mastery: R1,497 a month or R12,497 a year, excluding VAT.
- SuperHero (Saudi Arabia): SR 997 a month or SR 9,997 a year, excluding VAT.
- Hero Up (United Kingdom): £97 a month or £970 a year, excluding VAT. 14-day free trial.
- SideKick (United States): $97 a month or $970 a year, excluding sales tax. 30-day free trial.
- WhatsApp business connection: R400 a month, excluding VAT.
- Unlimited AI inside the CRM: R1,950 a month, excluding VAT.
- Enterprise: from R1,500 per user a month, quoted in writing.
Calls, SMS, email and pay-as-you-go AI are paid from a prepaid usage wallet in your account, charged in US dollars at the rates shown there. Higher plans have lower usage rates.
Set-up services are quoted in writing before work starts, with what is included, what is not, and the delivery time.
Payment
Plans start with the free trial shown for each plan, then are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through our payment provider [payment provider]. Set-up can be paid once or spread evenly over 12 months at no extra cost, as agreed in your quote. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
When access starts
Your account is set up after payment [confirm: e.g. within one working day]. Set-up services start on the kickoff date in your quote, once we have access to the accounts we need.
Cancellation and refunds

Support
