How does the free trial work?

Does SideKick have the calendar and AI?
Yes. SideKick includes the CRM, calendar and bookings, AI agents, automation, payments, websites and reporting. Hero Up and up add review requests and widgets, courses and communities, the chat widget, surveys and quizzes, and the affiliate manager.
What's the difference between Hero Up and SuperHero?
The same tools. SuperHero allows more users and up to 5 businesses under one login.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. CRM setup and onboarding is R15,000, confirmed at scoping, and is delivered within 10 working days of kickoff and access. You can pay once, or spread it evenly over 12 months at no extra cost.
Can I bring my existing contacts?
Yes. We import your contacts from a spreadsheet (CSV) as part of setup. Moving data out of another CRM beyond a CSV import is quoted separately.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Yes. With the WhatsApp business connection (R400 a month), WhatsApp messages sit in the same inbox as SMS, email and Facebook, and your follow-ups can use them.
Can I pay in another currency?
Yes, for the plans offered in Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Choose your country at the top of the page to see them.
Can I cancel?

Where is my data stored, and is it POPIA-compliant?
Your data is held by our platform provider [confirm: location, e.g. the United States]. We act as your operator under POPIA and sign an operator agreement on request. The Privacy page explains what we collect and why.

Support by WhatsApp and email in office hours, with a reply within 6 office hours. Or add a dedicated CRM officer for 10 hours a month at R2,500.
